Do you struggle with self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, and/or disordered eating? You are not alone!

This FREE group allows girls ages 14-17 to come together in a safe environment for support, sharing, talking, and listening.

The group provides emotional, psychological, and moral support for members that struggle with eating disorders and substance disorders
Group is run by Nicole Carlisi, LMHC and Tiija Berquist, MA

The First and Third Wednesday of Every Month
7:00 - 8:30 pm

This group allows family and friends of those suffering from eating disorders to come together and gain information about what their loved one is going through, while providing a safe environment in which they have the opportunity to express their feelings and give each other support and encouragement.
