About the Presentation:

A life inside an eating disorder can take one far away from a vital life.  Helping clients identify and move towards a life worth living can make their seemingly impossible task of being in a healthy relationship with their body and food every day actually doable. Changing the conversation from problem focus to meaning focus can open clients to a relationship to self and help to set committed action goals towards a life worth living.  Participants will learn to help clients identify and assess values, as well as how to track the contingencies of behavior from a values perspective.
