Join us on Friday, November 19th from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST/ 6:00 am – 3:00 pm PST for a full day event that brings together experts from diverse fields in the treatment of eating disorders. The training focuses on topics including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders and Eating Disorders, helping families navigate their emotions to enhance recovery support, how genetics and malnutrition impact psychopharmacology treatment, Orthorexia Nervosa, and eating disorders in the virtual space. The training day will encompass five workshops with continuing education opportunities for psychologists, master’s level licensed clinicians, social workers, and registered dietitians/nutritionists. The training is also open to students, recent graduates, and medical practitioners who are wanting to learn more and expand their skill set. Attendees will be eligible to receive up to 7.5 CE hours. In an effort to make these trainings accessible, the cost for the all-day conference is $25. Scholarships are available.
